The screenshot's caption states it is from the MTV awards ceremony - so it must have been done as a "sketch" especially for the event - rather than from a movie. Other scenes on the same collage show her in a shower (head and shoulders only) and having a lesbian kiss (fully clothed) with Jaime Pressly.
